Modes of Energy
Every creation within the whole of creation is vibrating - life wiggles! This is a fundamental feature of all things.
All vibrations exist as an expression of cycles. All of nature is by the same token an expression of cycles, (usually noted by their extremes or beginning and end-cycles) summer and winter; birth & death; day and night; in-breath & out-breath. These always reveal a tension between these polar opposites or paired dichotomies; between the cycles of centrifugal and centripetal forces of expansion and contraction, pushing and pulling, active and receptive, building and cleansing, electrical and magnetic, acid and alkaline, positive and negative, male and female, spirit and mater et.al.
This is the principle known by the ancient Orientals as Yin and Yang and their interaction form the path known as the Tao. This is the ‘Two hands of God’ the supreme ultimate principle of the living cycle underlying all of life.
Energy is always flowing i.e. in motion - moving along an oscillating wave of divine intention. In this we can ’see’ the actually considerations which describes the spatial boundaries of positional extremes which form a part of the very same dichotomies (left, right; front back; up, down)
As such all flows have direction, magnitude and pace. In fact opposing pairs are simply a two-poled gradient scale and life is actually an infinitely expanding scale of gradients.
This dichotomous polarity actually describes a cycle of phase-emanations radiating outward from a neutral core (thought, ether) which sustains a positive/centrifugal field and then drawing inward back to the centre, a negative-centripetal field.
The electromagnetic or what are being called Kirlain fields surround all living organisms and is one such example of the underlying universality of this evolutionary model.
Breathing is another, for as we breath there is an expansion (building phase) a balancing integrating pause and an expelling, releasing, purifying contraction.
Disharmonies in these phase cycles or blocked energy in any part of the phase can and does cause ill health and disease. When we are emotional distraught the very first thing that happens is we automatically tense and contract our breathing.
The uniting source of energy radiates through an involution (accepting, receiving effect) phase of expression and returns this energy back to source (itself) establishing an evolutionary (deliberate) phase.
The involutionary phase is characterized by a love of and passion for life, expression, creativity and experience. In this phase the attention is directed down and outward to the world of identities and ego and is associated with the passions of pride, greed, anger, lust attachment.
In the evolutionary phase the focus of attention is inward and upward and the source of life and action is appreciated with gratitude. Passions are transformed, sublimated into virtues of detachment, continence, forgiveness, contentment and humility.
The harvest of the evolutionary cycle is expanded awareness, discrimination and ultimately wisdom. Yet today our elderly are seldom consulted let alone valued and this is largely the reason spirits came and delivered Easy Joy to me - for all of us, including you. Far to much knowledge and meaningful connections are going down the plug-hole simply because we ‘don’t know.’
The ancients understood things differently to the way we do but that doesn’t mean we are smarter, better or more advanced culturally. These factors do not rest in or on our understanding and agreements with them or anyone else. They understood nature and life as expressions of the five archetypal elements they saw around them every day, earth (solids) , water (liquids) , fire (heat) , air (gas) and ether (thoughts and spirits i.e. the unseen) and used these understandings to explain the processes and functioning of the things they sought to understand better and explain. #
The key has always been this keynote of vibratory energy and historically even our search for medicines have followed these same lines. Even deities were a grammatical construction and formulation of these elements. Brahma is the positive out flow, Vishnu both sustained and preserved and Lord Shiva ultimately brings enlightenment and ends the cycle of repeated births and deaths. This is the (archetypal) Father, Son and Holy Ghost of Christian traditions.
Colours also come into play; the positive, out-flowing centrifugal, involutionary phase is recognized as a rainbow of colours (light), whereas the negative evolutionary phase is a shadow and the pause phase brilliant stars (suns) of light.
Consciousness also knows these cyclic phases as the present moment consciousness, the unconscious or subconscious realms and the superconscious states of being. In terms of forces these are the states of kinetic (flows), static (forms) and equilibrium (un-resisted feel) and describe the functioning of the physical universe at (but) one level.
These also have reflections in music, bodies, temperature, seasons, planets, astrology, planes, embryos, oriental philosophy, gender, direction, current, polarity and I am certain many more.
There is an Indian Hindu principle called the three gunas. These elemental aspects of energy are called Sattva, Rajas & Tamas and it is important to understand the nature and characteristics of each of these gunas, especially when being used in healing for they manifest in our touch and in any healing work you may do (for self or others).
Sattva feels still and peaceful. It is a warm quiet awareness that is touching, caring and yielding, yet unmoved and unmoving. Sattva is open, yet not seeking, it tries to change absolutely nothing ~ it simply ‘is‘, for Sattva is a deep black-hole of admiration that need not speak ~ Being is sufficient! Sattva is awareness, it is space inclusive of the experience and feeling of life and is complete unto itself. Sattva is Truth, the source of life, for Sattva becomes Life!
Rajas is flowing; a buzz of activity, inspecting, examining, searching out the tiniest of corners and moving on. It is embracing and open, curious and cool. Rajas is energy in time. Rajas is frequency and desire, playful actors discovering parts; an endless breeze of light penetrating and permeating everything. Rajas is fully alive consciousness.
Tapas is form; it is stiff as well as stiffening; hard and firm yet surprisingly yielding and intangible; Tapas is archetypal-male energy compacted into a wild diversity of forms. Tapas is the physical manifestation we call the world around us. Tapas is Mass and Matter; it supports and holds, is enduring and persistent. Tapas builds character.
