Universes & Reality

A Universe is defined as a whole system of created things which would inherently include the entire cosmos, consciousness, worlds, all living things, mankind and so on. In short a universe is everything under consideration; all the objects, subject fields et.al. The term is from the Latin uni ~ one+ versus (of vertere ~ turn) ~ to combine into one whole.

There are three basic and fundamental universes:

  1. The primary universe or physical universe of space/time, energy and matter;
  2. One’s own or home universe; and
  3. The personal universes of every other individual.

Each personal home‘ universe in bordered by limiting postulates and extends out from apparently infinite inner-worlds into the physical universe to a distance approximately fifty (50) feet in diameter encapsulating the body-mind matrix in an ovoid-shaped field.

This personal ‘space‘ is like an eye or portal which expand and contracts elastically stretching, bending and morphing to accommodate different moods and tolerances, especially to the presence of others. This response is an unconscious reaction i.e. re-stimulation of reflections of past similar experiences held in this mind field.

This phenomena is easily observable once you know what you are looking at and explains the feelings we all have from time to time of being free and expansive while at other times we feel trapped and closed in.

Reality is simply a state of considered existence ~ an isness. It is the emanation of an aware source point making primary considerations.

Thus reality is that which is created and may be commonly experienced by agreement in the mental plane as thoughts and ideas and in the physical universe as objects and mass.

Reality is life and the world as one knows it to be. It is based on considerations combined with experience and perceptions of what is or what is agreed upon to be.

Reality is the totality of existence, thought, space/time, energy, matter and anything else one considers real.

Reality is the apparent state of existence which begins with a postulate and persists by primary considerations, flows, action, energy and motion, and ends in mass and havingness.

Somewhere along the line postulates have been reasserted that reality is completely beyond the understanding of anyone or any group and is not what the individual thinks or considers it to be but closer to what the majority agree it is and so its meaning has been disfigured to mean that which underlies appearances.

The only thing underlying appearances are layers of conscious and unconscious thought!

Reality is actually the degree of duplication and agreement reached by each of the separate consciousnesses at the cause and effect ends of a flow or communication line.

The term is Late Latin realis (res) ~ thing.

One of the processes of The Art of Easy Joy is called a Reality Check which is a sort of pinch test of personal consciousness to refocus attention, interest, goals, purposes and will (intentions) out of thinking, beliefs and believing etc. and into the here and now. It aligns empirical facts by observation as opposed to theory, logic or reason.
