Joy!
Joy is easy… when you understand a few key principles, that is!
Joy is generally not something you experience by consideration or postulate, but rather the effortless experience by an aware presence of totally relaxed attention containing vivid emotion, gladness, rejoicing, pleasure… all wrapped into a singularity, viewpoint and beingness.
Joy is the ability to reach (or withdraw from) any creation unimpaired by thoughts or any other energy manifestations and is the exact opposite of failure, victim hood and lack of satisfaction with life’s gifts and blessings.
Joy is a state of serenity of beingness which is very near the peak of a gradient scale (degrees) of affinities in which the attending emotional tones are infused with energy and spirit most often provided by positive goals, their realization and achievement.
The word joy derives from the Latin gaudia pl. of gaudium (gaudere ~ rejoice)
Simply said, joy is utter and complete happiness, a common and often elusive goal of most sentient beings. In fact, happiness is defined as the estimation of fortune and good luck, contentment, glad feelings and pleasing experiences; it derives its meaning from the Old Norse hap ~ do, happen, occur and indicates the importance of being able to experience life as it is. Joy attends a willingness to experience anything and everything.
Indeed happiness, like joy is the ability to stay, maintain, reach or withdraw from experiences at will. It is a self-determined existence as a stably aware presence and while happiness is a feeling, it is not a true emotion but rather a condition or state of interest and attention (being there) accompanying the ability to overcome known obstacles and attain desired (desirable) goals.

Joy is our birthright, inheritance and native state of being!
